If something is wrong at school for you or your child — write to us. Parents more often call, pupils more often write; both routes work, and you can write without giving a name.

Who to contact

The first and fastest route is your child’s form tutor: they see the class every day and stop most things within a day or two. If that does not fit, or did not help, come straight to us.

02 Write to us

Write to the school

There is no question too small. If you are worried, that alone is reason enough to write.

Only two people receive the message — Viktoriia Dyatsenko and Ilona Prokopenko.
We reply within four working days at the latest.
We do nothing without you knowing.
The one exception is a risk to health or life: then we must inform the child protection service.

About anonymity

You do not have to leave a name or contact — if a pupil is writing and does not want to say who they are, that is fine too. Just remember: without a contact we cannot ask you anything more and cannot reply. We will read it and act, but quietly.
